Shoulders in your ears

Eight hours hunched forward.

The tension you carry from 9am to 5pm has a body. The water is the only thing that takes it from you.

The Method

Science meets
stillness.

Our approach is borrowed from somatic therapy, aquatic physiotherapy, and forty years of watching people fall in love with water. It is slow by design.

01

The Assessment Float

Before anything else, you float. We watch how your body holds water โ€” where you resist, where you surrender. Fifteen minutes of listening before a single technique is taught.

02

Breath as the Foundation

Every Glide session returns to the breath. Not because it's basic โ€” because it's everything. When your exhale slows, your hips rise. The water does the rest.

03

The Quiet Stroke

We teach swimming the way forests grow โ€” incrementally, without force. By session four, most students have forgotten they were afraid. That's the goal.

The Community

One stroke becomes
a whole practice.
